The number of motions is not important at this age,and may vary from 10-12 a day,after each feed,to one motion after 3-4 days.
Both are normal as long as the consistency is soft and formed.
Just ensure feeds at a gap of atleast 3 hours and maintain strict hygiene in preparation and giving of top feeds.
