My baby's poop is watery and foam like is that normal ? After vaccination and drops I nursed my baby immediately is that pose any problem

No relation to vaccination. Maintain hygiene in feeds,add curds and Banana in the diet if baby is beyond 6 months,otherwise,add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days.
