My baby teeth is coming he is suffering from loose motion,vomit,&fever pain in gum

For teething, this usually lasts one week.
If the temperature is more than 101F, it is highly unlikely that cause of the fever is due to teething.
You can follow the following methods to help sooth the pain :
Wet washcloth
Silicone teethers
Gum massage
Pacifier (if less than 6 months)
and lots of love and patience.
There are medications and dosages for both fever and loose stools, for which I require the childs age, weight and other relevant details.

Give him calpol for fever
For vomiting...give him syrup emeset 2.5mk twice daily for 2days and atop if no vomiting
For loose stools, syrup.nutrolin B and Z and D drops 1ml daily for 14days.
