Loose motion
I’ve been experiencing loose motions since yesterday. Could you please suggest what I should eat and how I can stop it? I’m feeling quite weak and uncomfortable. I’ve been trying to stay hydrated, but I’m not sure what foods are safe to eat during this time. Are there any home remedies or over-the-counter medications that could help?
