If breastfeeding then to completely feed from one side and to feed from another one next time, if shuffling of one to other done then only thin foremilk is taken by baby which causes loose stools. If bottle feeding then try to avoid it as much as possible or make sure bottle is properly sterilized, most cases source of infection is bottle.
Next Steps
Enterogermina 1 respule once a day for 3 days Z & D drops 0.5ml once a day for 10days
Health Tips
If baby is accepting orally, passing urine , active not to worry Danger signs Not Passing urine for more than 6hours,  drying of mouth and eyes, not accepting anything orally.
