  4. Loose motion. Feel within my stomach.

I have a loose motion from yesterday, and it's running really watery. Was feeling bloated stomach, so i had taken a few pudin hara and eno (two times). bloated atomach subsided but it started with loose motion. There are lots of movements and noise i can feel within my stomach.
