Hello doctor,
My baby is 16 month doing watery loose motion done 5 time in a day what to do pls suggest

Keep her hydrated. Give lots of water/coconut water/lime water etc. Watch urine frequency. Please give her a soft diet, don't withhold food.
Give Enterogermina twice a day and syp Zinconia 5 ml once a day.
If baby is vomiting, dull, lethargic, not drinking properly, eyes are sunken, urine frequency has decreased, do consult.

Since when the complaint started ?
Is the child passing stools soon after taking food or irrespective of her feeds ?
Are the stool foul smelling ? Any mucous in stools ?
Is ther any associated stomach pain, fever, pain while passing motions ?
