Hello doc,Good day !I was checking for my daughter (7years old ) for vomiting in Practo ,her vomiting is fine now but suddenly she developed with loose motion ,(not frequently)but while she is doing urinating she used have a latrine a little ..which medicines I need to give now Syp Ondem, 7.5ml 3 times a day For 2 days Ors Econorm sachet Twice a day For 3 days Syp Cyclopam 5ml Sos For stomach pain Syp Calpol (250mg) 6ml sos

It's acute gastroenteritis. The dose of ondem in a 7 year old is 5 ml (2mg). Get a hemogram.
Next Steps
Most probably it's viral gastroenteritis, in which case you need to give only probiotics (L bacillus rhamnosus), and ors. if the hemogram suggests bacterial infection, or raised counts and neutrophils, then an antibiotic might be required. milk restriction, sugar restriction, avoid fruit juices, give ors.
