Please wanted full history. How many motion, watery or with mucus.
Hydrate your child ORS. Banana mash, Nutrolin B 1tsf once a day. For 5days

How many motions a day? Are they watery ? Frequent little quantity motions upto are normal at this age. If baby is weak, not passing urine and lost weight, please meet a pediatrician. If baby is active, nothing to worry about. They will be ok on their own.
