Looking for real shilajit
I am a 32 years old male looking out to buy shilajit. Also looking out to clear a few myths abouts the substance, like what is it needed for and should people with low immunity take it? Or to improve stamina and sexual health? A few professionals also suggest that it might harm other organs and is promoted wrongly.
I am very confused. Also, where to buy it from and which is the best Shilajit product / brand I should go for?

Hello dear ! Although Shilajit is Aphrodisiac,tonic antioxidant etc.yet U should take simple herbal natural without chemical products, Swamala/Kesari jivan r good tonics ,Dabur Cap Shilajit gold is better

Shilajeet is a very good ayurvedic medicine. But I don't believe in "One Size Fits All", that's why I prefer conducting Prakriti Diagnosis and evaluation of patients and their problems. Every individual has his unique prakriti, doshas and severity of problems, which may differ to one patient to another. Shilajit improves sexual wellness, helpful in metabolic disorders. If you mention why you need it or if it is prescribed by a doctor then ask them for the dose. If not prescribed do connect over private consultation as self medication is not ideal. Also while taking shilajit you need to follow a good diet and exercise
