Looking for diet chart IBS
Hello I'm a patient of ibs and want gain weight my height is 5'7 and weight is around 56kg i used to be 61-61kg's, I just want to get 61kg again, I l am Vegan too, I want someone to make my diet plan with enough calories to gain target weight within a month.

A restrictive diet may just bring you back to square one when you leave it. I would suggest a low FODMAP diet,without too many orher restrictions,along with exercise,to gain healthy weight.
Next Steps
