Looking for best sugition
I have ibs -constipation. It's not popping days after. Every day pooping in different timings. So I am looking for stool softening and regulating fruits and vegetables which has zero carbs. My diet is very strictly managed. I walk 8 kms a day in 1 go I am taking 5mg BP tablet and cholesterol controlling small medicine. I have avoided totally sugar and fructose vegetables. And refind flour items Please suggest

Due to IBS take high fiber food in ur diet and small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food. Add plenty of water, coconut water, buttermilk, fruits and vegetables in ur diet.

Increase your water intake have minimum 4 litres in a day. Take1 tsp psyllium husk with 1 glass warm water 20 minutes before dinner and increase roughage in your diet like salad and fruits. Include high fibre diet in your daily routine. Maintain your meals gap. Don’t skip meals.
