Long haul flight with twin pregnancy
I have two flights on 13th-14th of 9 hours long each. I am pregnant with MoDi twins 26 weeks. What things I can do to keep the journey safe for me and the babies and suggestions to avoid any risks?

Twin pregnancy has a higher risk of preterm labour/Preterm births. Monochorionic diamniotic twin pregnancy is at an increased risk of complication as compared to the dichorionic counterpart. Preterm birth can put the neonates at an increase risk of morbidity and mortality.
Next Steps
