Long duration period-2month, bleed after

Im going through a 2months period once in every 2 months. And my left side lower stomach hurts a lot when i was in periods. Clots coming while in the final stage of periods. And heavy bleeding at the final 2-3days ...now i got married...so when we hav intercourse ...slite bleed incoming after my periods is over ..
