Week before was suffering from dengue. During this my sgpt went up to 257. Please suggest diet and precautions. What food should I eat ? Any exercise advised ?

Usually in dengue liver enzymes sgpt increases it becomes normal in 2 -4 week need my worry about it.Avoid. non veg and oily diet.you might have joint pain and body pain after dengue so do only mild exercise.
