Most common cause of raised sgpt is fatty liver. You need proper investigation s which includes USG of liver. If you drink alcohol then u need to cut down on that. Also will need blood tests to rule out other causes.
Treatment depends on cause.

Just because the LFT is marginally raised is not a reason to start any definitive therapy.
