Liver problem
Hello! i have fatty liver grade 2 with hepatomegaly. i am non alcoholic. i am maintaining diet and exercise. But i have just done serum Vit D, serum calcium. my vit d is 10.2ng/ml and calcium is 9.4. My TSH, FBS, Lipid profile is normal. In my LFT report , SGPT is 91U/L and SGOT is 40U/L, Bilirubin(total) is 1mg/dl. I am now taking tocotrienol 200mg twice daily.
what should i do for my Vit D deficiency? please help...

At 25 yrs how have you got fatty liver grade 2. What’s your weight. Are you obese .. check this out . Then exercise well. Vit D sachet 60k units once a week will help bring up your Vit D. Take online consultation
