Sir I have NAFLD from 9 years . SGOT Is 255 and SGPT is 289... How to cure it I'm taking medication but it's increasing and there's a nodule in chest which is painful sometimes

Get CBC / LFT / KFT / Inr / Lipid profile / Hba1c / ultrasound abdomen and fibroscan You need extensive workup so as to avoid cirrhosis as nafld can progress to permanent cirrhosis Nodule in chest have to be shown to a doctor.. only after palpating advice can be given Regards
