Increased SGOT and SGPT

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I got my blood test report. In that i have increase level of SGOT and SGPT. SGOT -50 and SGPT-69.16. I do have some time gas issue and pain in upper stomach..is it due to the increased SGOT and SGPT. Is it a concern?

Mild rise in liver enzymes could be due to non specific viral infections,drugs,fatty liver etc.It is not bcs of gas problem.So don't worry do following test.
