Liver, gall bladder related
Ultrasound abdomen test report liver enlarged 160 mm, gall bladder polyps, prostate problem but no symptoms. What to do please suggest. Only right side middle back pain from 1 month. No other symptoms. No pain when I take rest. Diabetic from 6 years. Any medicines I have to take for liver, gallbladder & prostate.

For small (<5) gall bladder polyp no treatment is necessary. Only regular USG abdomen every 2 to 3 months.
If size of gb polyp will increase more than 5mm then operation of gall bladder Will be the better choice.
