Little chest pain

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I was infected to covid ... it's 18 days now and I'm recovered... from past 2 days i am experiencing slight pain in chest ( left side ).. and back pain ( I sit in front of system) especially when I wake up in morning. Also still I am taking few tablets like zirconia and pan L and I am lactating even though I am not pregnant. My saturation is 99 now. I also feel gastric like trouble in stomach. Please suggest if this is because of gastritis
