Hi.. for grade 1 listhesis.. start with exercises to improve movement and flexibility. Of all cat camel exercise is safe, then start rotations. Continue these for 2 weeks. Start recruitment exercises for abdominal and back muscles.. first transverse abdominis muscle and multifidus in the back After you gain control over individual muscles of abdomen and back start strengthening exercises - core strengthening

Return to sports will take at least 4 weeks where in you need to strengthen the core muscles and then move on to functional training and then squash based rehabilitation.

Grade -1 listhesis can be managed conservatively i.e physiotherapy plays very important role in it...if not cared it can progess further...u require core strengthening exerecises especially focusing and grading it gradually spinal Flexion...apart from it good hamstrings length is also important consideration...

Hi, Greetings sports man, Keep in mind always do warm up exercise before you go to ground. Even you are good on physic its not fit for sports. Its basic exercise should be completed before go to playground always. Please follow the things carefully. 1. Core muscle strengthening is always important for all sports 2. Squash player should strengthen the shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle related muscles. 3. Pelvic bridging 4. Spinal extensor muscle strengthening 5. Apply hot aways after your practice session 6. IPT, MFR, IFT
