Lower back strain while playing squash
I gt a lwer bck strain 2 mnts bck. For couple of days my lwer bck was in bad pain but after 4-5 dys of rest i strted with walkin nd joggin and aftr a week I started with all my exercise. But whenvr i try doin stretchin nd diff exercises my bck starts painin which remains for few days. 2day i wen to acupuncture doc he said there is gap in bones.

Gap means degeneration. Which is less likely to start troubling all of a sudden. Probably one of the joints in the low back for strained. You need to give RELATIVE rest to back and start analgesic. Start cold compression in the area and refrain from doing any aggressive exercise for a week. Do only gentle movements and in-bed exercises.
