I know that we should not intake water right before or after meals. There should be a gap of 1 hour atleast. But should we avoid drink fruit juice, lassi, chaas, soup the same?

खाने के बाद पानी पीना शरीर में मोटापा करता है।
इसलिए खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी नहीं पीना चाहिए।
खाना खाते समय पानी पीना चाहिए।
