LOL is called BAD cholesterol, HDL is good cholesterol, triglycerides are mobile fats from the food we eat. A person should have high HDL but not LDL or triglycerides. For making them controlled in blood you need to maintain your dietand the diet strategic is free of fat available in the form if fruits and vegetables.
