On the basis of your report Your Tryglyceride and VLDL level are increase but in mid type. In lipid profile level total cholesterol level and LDL level  are more important value to decide as medicine point of view. According to who and new research Triglyceride level up to 400 -500 level is not concern point to take treatment . According to me for correct diagnosis and treatment need your complete history so take consultation please.
Next Steps
Othe basis of your report you should start exercise 3-5 day per week with yoga and meditation. you should take less spicy and fatty food. you should take seasonal fresh fruit and vegetable.
