Lip is swollen due to some alregi and not getting relieved even after taking medicine. Please help me I am having lot of pain.

If pain is your major issue it is due to inflammation at that site. Apply an ice pack wrapped in a cloth to affected site can often reduce the inflammation. Repeat it for 2-3times per day. We have to rule out either it is allegic reaction or any other.
Next Steps
if it is not resolved in 48hrs then use medications that decrease the inflammation.
