Do not use fudic bnf for a long time as it contains steroid. Drink plenty of water. Do not lick your lips. Consult online with pictures for proper treatment.

If you have dry lips with cracking, you should use a good lip balm regularly 5 to 6 times a day. Fudic bcf can make you addicted and even worsen you condition as it causes skin atrophy. Avoid lip licking which maybe an unconscious habit as saliva dries the lips further. You can take zinc supplements also.

Lip dryness could be due to reaction to the lignocaine that you applied, fucidin bnf may not be helping you if you still have the dryness. There are treatments for lip hydration and especially for dry lips. You can consult me for the same
