After two months of physical intimacy, I took a noon urine test which came back negative. I experienced bleeding for three days in both the first and second months. Despite a negative test 15 days after the second-month bleeding, I noticed a linea nigra on my belly. I've been having on-and-off abdominal pain, bloating, and constipation for the past two weeks. I used around 4-5 pads each month. I'm concerned about pregnancy and would appreciate your guidance.
I attached pictures of my belly line and 2nd month bleeding. Sorry for the disturbing pictures doctors but due to pregnancy scare i posted those. Can you please tell me why this happening is that anything related to pregnancy and why that line came in my belly?

As already mentioned you are not pregnant
You can connect with a counselor to help you take out the fear of the pregnancy that does not exist
It's not linea nigra in the first place. You are not pregnant. Pregnancy is confirmed by urine pregnancy test Or serum beta hcg test not by such non specific complaints like bloating, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting
It is not linea nigra. Normally it is present in everybody. And if you don't miss your periods pregnancy is not there. Pregnancy is not confirmed by these vague symptoms. It can only be confirmed by UPT or beta hcg
