Hello you can have lime juice with no sugar it’s preferable .Pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar is ok but not spoonfuls. Lime is good for u and has Vitamin c. Also ur getting hydrated . We get natural salts in veggies and Natural sugars . No need to add it but a pinch is ok .
