Vitiligo can progress in different ways, and the varying shades of white patches indicate changes in pigmentation over time. The lighter patches may eventually become fully depigmented, but the progression varies from person to person. Regular follow-ups with a dermatologist can help track changes and manage the condition.
For pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads:
1. **Gentle Cleanser**: Use a salicylic acid-based face wash to help unclog pores.
2. **Non-Comedogenic Moisturizer**: Keep your skin hydrated without blocking pores.
3. **Sun Protection**: Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily to protect your skin.
