I had miscarriage an d&c at 6 months of pregnancy.. After that my period flow reduced I have only 2 days of period with less..doctor told me I have thin et..for pregnancy doctor gave me Letrozol tablets with double dose.. Before Letrozol tablets my overy size 3cc..after that tablets my overy increase 17 cc.. Is because of that tablets or not..two times I had pregnancy.. 1st time I took abortion pill.. 2 nd time miscarriage.. Why I'm not pregnant again

Letrozole will not  increase the ovarian volume You need investigations to find out the reason of your inability to conceive again specially HSG after 2 abortions to see if the tubes are patent Semen analysis of husband and AMH levels
