Your xray report is normal.Chest pain could be non specific like musculoskeletal,ligaments , especially after lifting weight.Take over the counter pain killer and apply warm compression.If the pain is continuing, bothering you   , consult with a general physician in your area.

Pain is due to heavy weight lifting. Due to thyroid bone density can be low , calcium also low , vitamin D, vitamin B12 also low . Please do few tests .. vitamin D3, vitamin 12 , calcium, uric acid , CBC ESR, blood sugar fasting . Till then take tab. Zerodol SP TDS Tab. Shelcal 500mg bd After meal. X days . Reply after reports
