Light headed while walking
I am facing little difficulty while walking. I have to always remain alert while walking as I feel I may lose balance. I feel light headed most often when I start to walk. When I am sitting, sleeping, there is absolutely no issue. Currently, I am taking Telma 20 for blood pressure since last one month.

You have hypertension but perhaps you have never got your BP checked for a long time .
If you feel light headed and unsteady while walking , this is a serious matter.
You may meet with an accident.

If this symptom has developed after you've started taking medication that means it is a higher dose that you're taking. Consult a physician and get your dosage reduced. Also, there is a need to rule out the deficiencies. Consult at your convenience.

Probably Indicates ur blood pressure is on lower side n u may need to stop taking Telma for blood pressure..so get ur blood pressure checked
