Light headed and anxiety after eating
I feel little light headed after eating lunch everyday with increased heart beat for 40-45 min. Because I work at night I sleep late daily around 4 in morning and i skip my breakfast daily because I wake up at 12 afternoon. That's why directly I take lunch. Why light headed after lunch and heart beat increase is happening to me please explain me. And i am hypertension patient too I take medicine daily of hypertension
