My daughter 3 year old hit me hard with her bangle in top of my head. Light swelling. Should I rub that area? When will swelling go? What to do

No need to rub, just press properly to avoid increase in swelling. It will resolve on its own in a week's time. If you notice any vertigo/dizziness, get it examined by a Neurologist
