Light bleeding after unwanted kit

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hello doctor I missed periods 4 days I checked in 34 th day I was pregnant so I consulted gynaecologist doctor gave Mifepristone after 48 hrs yesterday night doctor inserted Misoprostol in vagina and 4 tablets I had orally I got periods morning today with light bleeding I didn't got any blood clot is it common ? Whether it will come or not
