Ligament tear grade 1
I had ligament injury one month back in my foot ankle.. I left it untreated... due to pain and restricted movement to one side.. I went to dr. He suggested me to wear gripband for 3-4 weeks.. I have 2 kids. And lots of household work.. can i do my household chores by wearing grip band..
