I'm 30 weeks pregnant and I lifted 5kgs weight for 10 minutes. Is it dangerous? Will it cause any problem to the baby ?

U should avoid lifting weights especially in 3 Rd trimester. It may cause preterm labour pains. If u are feeling baby's fetal movements well and no pain lower abdomen then no need to worry
