Hello, i have an unique issue of lifestyle diseases such as cholesterol and deranged liver parameters if my weight goes past 58 kgs eventhough i fall under correct bmi and do not weigh much according to my height but doctors say to loose weight or maintain it this much only, what should i do ? I am already slim, i just have belly fat contributing to much of body weight.

walk for 30-40 minutes daily, add fruits, it increses the liver enzymes activities, do not eat foods when oils stick to your fingures while eating.
