Does food have any role to play in mind scenario I last year I got GERD and in the second wave of corona i got fever , Fever took 2-3 weeks to go but GERD was not going and it took almost 6 months to go . Right now my main concern is my mind reacts differnetly as earlier when I used to eat my favourite food it makes me happy but now after taking food my mind reacts differently as well as it causes disturbance confusion and anxiety overall disturbance u can say , not able to focus properly I decided that I will start working out but wanted to know what is this basically not able to understand on my own , as well as when I woke up I should be happy or relaxed which I dont feel so please tell what can i do as i am not feeling confident speaking to people.
