I have l4 l5 disc buldge...doing exercise giving by physiotherapist...currently pain is lowered but the irratation has not gone completely and now it has also started same pain in my upper back with right hand pain...i think i have disc buldge in upper back too...im not from rich family and i have 3 peoples responsibilities on my shoulder, i don't want to go out or party just want to work till i die..don't want to end up in my bed suffering from pain..pls help
