Life advice
I have l4 l5 disc buldge...doing exercise giving by physiotherapist...currently pain is lowered but the irratation has not gone completely and now it has also started same pain in my upper back with right hand pain...i think i have disc buldge in upper back too...im not from rich family and i have 3 peoples responsibilities on my shoulder, i don't want to go out or party just want to work till i die..don't want to end up in my bed suffering from pain..pls help

You should take electrotherapy in Physiotherapy it will take atleast 15 sessions. You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance for atleast 120 days to get good result. Patience is the key.

Reduce your pressure on lower back, maintian proper posture, take electeo therapy again for 10 days and wear lumbar countered belt for proper posture. Go through MRI of spine to confirm if there is any disc changes. Visit nearest physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment of the upper back pain, due to trigger point issue it can arise and radiate.

Your age is just 23 and you’re having disc bulges over lower back as well upper back region means really shocking What’s your work ? How long you will sit / stand/ walk ?? I think you’re suffering frm psychosomatic pain First relive all yur tension thereby you can get rid of all yur problms

An upper back issue is probably the underlying cause of the whole issue. In most cases you need a clinic appointment with a physiotherapist. However you could try online consultation. Such issues could take time to resolve. Even exercises could take some time of 4 to 6 weeks to effectively start changing function.
