Lichen planus pigmentosis
Hello sir i am dr prashant(dentist) i have been diagnosed by lichen planus pigmentosis it's been a year it is increasing very slightly and is there on my face tried with corticosteroid ointment for a month but no good resoonse can you just help me how to treat it is laser a good option

I can see some lesions on your moustache area. Are you sure it's lichen planus pigments and not lichen planus. Why i ask is you also have some lesions on your lips. If it's LPP, that is slight resistant to treatment. But lichen planus can be treated and kept under control. You man consult me for other alternative treatment apart from steroids.
