Hello sir! Oral Leukoplakia are white patches that form on your tongue. It cannot be scraped off. Smoking is the most common cause. Others include injury to the inside of your cheeks, rough uneven teeth, inflammation, tobacco usage. Leukoplakia improve within a few weeks. So go for a check up and continue with your medications.
Next Steps
Kindly visit the dentist.
Health Tips
1. Stop smoking/tobacco use if you do. 2. Eat anti oxidant rich foods. 3. Avoid any trigger that may cause it.

Surgery may be needed if it’s localised. Generalised condition is more difficult to manage. Ulcers or hard growths that persist, if they develop you need urgent consultation.
Next Steps
Biopsy may be adviced but you need regular follow up once in a year atleast or less to check for any changes.
