Let me stop my most noisy snoring.
Can my most noisy snoring be stopped by either any of the tablets r syrups? If so,pls prescribe it to stop snoring permanently,on the other side, I've deep pigeon chest and suffering gastric trouble with left side chest pain🤦what kind of exercises should I be doing? You need to search for an ENT Surgeon who subspecialises in treating Sleep-Disordered Breathing. Treatment is by surgical but this requires specialised skills and advanced training.
