Less sex desire
Hey doc,
I am shalini 30 year old. 3 years of married life we don't have child and I am facing so much issues in health like PCOD, delayed periods, migraine also, else my some reports are normal for AMH and my husbands sperm count test all are fine. After that we are facing issues in conceiving and from such few months I have less sex desire also my husband couldn't understand my problem right now.
Please help me with some medication so we can try for baby with love. Please help me out.

In pcos patients AMH levels are inherently high
so that is not a good way to check your ovarian function
you need an ultrasound on day 2of your periods called the antral follicular volume your less sex desire has nothing to do with your inability to conceive
