Less milk supply and anxiety
Hello doctors, I have anxiety issue from past 6 years now im mother of 1 month old baby,in pregnancy time I have stopped using medicine for anxiety and now also I'm not using but due to my anxiety n stress my milk supply was very low..due to this feeling very low..I want to feed my baby please give me solution.. I'm trying to avoid stress but as a new mom not getting enough sleep,please give me advise..
