Start  kegel exercises to strengthen  pelvic floor muscles. Browse  the internet to see how to do it. Stop smoking,alcohol  drinking, tobacco  if you have  any such bad habit.regular exercise ,meditation .healthy  diet  is key of healthy  sexual life.
