Less breast milk
I am 24 years old. My weight  is 82kgs. I delivered via c section on 27th January 2020. I have low breastmilk supply that is only 10ml and increasing at all. When i express  with manual  pump i got only  10ml. I am using galact granules and lactare tablets but no use. I am drinking lot of water. I am taking protein food also but no use. How much protein should i take in a day to increase breast milk.

Please specify your dates properly. Is it 27 January 2020 or 2022 ? You are trying most of the methods to increase breast milk but it is not succeeding. I suggest you give formula milk to the baby. One thing should always be remembered; breast milk or no breast milk, baby can not be starved.
