Less bleeding in periods
I m dr I m not getting proper bleeding in periods ..just one day it's happening .. Please suggest me some medicine

U may be having oligomenorrhea(scanty menses) Any other symptoms  u have along with this?? Like wt gain,acne,blackening around the neck?? U need further evaluation  for the cause of the same

test to be done: thyroid profile ,sr prolactin(early morning fasting ) LH,FSH(on Day 2 of periods) usg pelvis to see if any ovarian or uterine abnormalities  leading to the same

wt reduction,regular exercise, plenty of fluids ,reduction in junk foods may help

If still no relief after 3 months get 1. Serum Prolactin 2. Serum TSH fasting levels 3. Ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness and antral follicle count on day 2 of periods

No medicine.. take papaya and pineapple. However, if your menses have changed as compared to before, it warrants a check up which will include a transvaginal scan to start with
